Welcome to the official online portal of Eternity School of Excellence, Bhopal ("School," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (esebpl.com) and the secure Parent Portal.

By accessing, browsing, or using this portal, you ("User," "Parent," or "Guardian") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The use of the Eternity School of Excellence portal is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. The School reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the portal following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Parent Portal and Account Security

• Account Registration: Access to specific features, such as academic records and fee payments, requires a registered Parent Portal account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). The School utilizes secure, encrypted password recovery systems; however, any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
• Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify the School administration immediately at support@esebpl.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. Online Fee Payments

To provide convenience to our parents, Eternity School of Excellence offers online fee payment facilities integrated with authorized banking partners and secure payment gateways.

• Payment Processing: By initiating a payment, you authorize the School and its designated payment processors to charge your selected payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card).
• Non-Refundable Policy: All successful fee transactions are final and non-refundable. In the event of a duplicate payment or technical discrepancy, adjustments will be credited to the student's upcoming fee cycle after verification by the accounts department.
• Late Fees: Fee payments must be completed by the designated due dates. The portal may automatically apply late fees to transactions processed after the deadline.
• Receipts: Upon successful transaction, a digital receipt will be generated and available within your Parent Portal.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal and financial data are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store sensitive payment details (such as full credit card numbers or UPI PINs) on our local servers.

5. User Conduct

While using the portal, you agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or hack the security protocols of the portal.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
• Use the portal for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that disrupts the services for other parents and students.

6. Intellectual Property

All content present on this portal, including but not limited to the School logo, text, graphics, academic materials, and software code, is the exclusive property of Eternity School of Excellence. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this material is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

While the School strives to ensure the portal is operational 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The portal may occasionally be down for scheduled maintenance or technical upgrades. Eternity School of Excellence shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from temporary inability to access the Parent Portal, delays or failures in third-party payment gateway processing, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from user negligence.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
